DesignTeq Engineering provided professional MEP engineering design services for HVAC and Electrical improvement. The Annex building improvement involves replacing all the existing classroom unit ventilators, two high efficiency condensing boilers, two hot water pumps, roof-mounted exhaust fans with new motorized damper curb adaptors, and a new gas-fired water heater. The Main building is limited to replacing all the existing classroom unit ventilators on the 2nd floor. Designteq had brought all new systems, providing a sense of comfort knowing their HVAC could be relied on to deliver when needed. The highlight was simple: our work was contributing to putting students in an environment to succeed.
