Eduardo co-founded DesignTeq based on that ideal bourne from his evolving journey as a professional MEP.FP Engineer.
Eduardo is a “hands-on approach” guy and is involved in every step of the project from conception, to development, through completion.
He has an extensive experience in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and Residential Sector and is a specialist when it comes to building codes and safety protocols. He is an advocate of the industry’s ‘Best Practice’ method and ensures that the project meet and exceeds building standards.
Eduardo is a Chicago registered energy professional and is a recognized innovator in energy-efficient solutions.

Neil’s career began in his belief in the transformative power of engineering through the creation of spaces that seamlessly integrate functionality and high-efficiency.
As a co-founder of DesignTeq, he is guided by his mission to advance engineering excellence in every project they handle. With his diverse MEP.FP technical background, he is able to anticipate challenges and incorporate solutions in designing realiable high-performance system that are built to last.
Neil specializes in mechanical and plumbing engineering systems related to the Healthcare, Commercial Infrastructure, Education, Religious, industrial, and Mixed-use spaces.
He is an active member of ASHRAE and ASPE and is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry’s advancement.

Chris’ journey in the construction industry began when at six years old, he watched his father tirelessly build an extension to their home every night for six months. That transformative experience sparked a lifelong fascination with design and construction—one that has shaped his career and ultimately led to joining DesignTeq.
Chris spent nearly a decade in a leadership role in one of Chicago’s top architecture and engineering firms acquiring invaluable insight, connecting with people, and delivering results. As the industry landscape evolved, he transitioned to a national general contractor to develop his skills further and to have a deeper understanding of the industry from the ground up.
Chris became part of DesignTeq with the goal of making a difference through providing benchmark services to their clients. His keen understanding of the industry ecology led him to develop creative and innovative approaches to navigating work-based dynamics that guarantees a successful project.
