Gwendolyn Brooks College Preparatory Academy, part of Chicago Public Schools, is a selective enrollment magnet high school located in the Historic Pullman District on Chicago’s South Side. DesignTeq provided professional MEP/FP engineering design services for a partial renovation of existing two chemistry laboratory classrooms which include 2 bio safter lab hoods exhaust system, four science preparation classrooms and full renovation of a biology laboratory classroom.
