New, ground up construction of a religious institution included a 1200-seat sanctuary, 450-seat banquet hall with a commercial kitchen in the basement, offices, retail, a guest residence for visiting scholars on the first floor, 14 classrooms on the second floor, and 140 new parking stalls. Specialty systems included a new emergency generator. The highlight of this project is the significant impact it will have on many lives that are a part of the church, bringing a much needed space that allows all members to attend ceremonies. Working with passionate team members and the excitement during the process created an awardeing experience for all team members.
