The new Riverside Medical Center is a 22,000-sf outpatient center, the first building on Riverside’s Frankfort campus. The team worked very closely with the Frankfort community and Board of Trustees to design a building capable of meeting their community needs. Located on a 25-acre site, the single-story masonry medical office facility features metal panels, a curtain wall glazing system, and outdoor gathering space for patients and staff. The medical space includes exam rooms, CT imaging, EKG facilities and infusion bays for Riverside Healthcare and will serve the needs of patients throughout the counties of Kankakee, Iroquois, Will and Grundy. The site included beautifully landscaped retention ponds adding to the campus’s serene environment. The team worked closely with local utility companies outfitting the site for additional buildings as growth continues.
