The LUMC Ambulatory Care Center in Burr Ridge is a 105,000-sf ground up outpatient center located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. It was the largest outpatient center for an academic medical center in the Midwest when completed. Housing orthopedics, cancer care, neurology, cardiology, dermatology and academic faculty physicians in house, this center continues the standard of excellent care instilled in Loyola Medicine. The team was tasked with providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the shell and core along with MEP design of several build outs of space within the structure.
