Eduardo is the hands-on approach guy and is involved in every step of the project from conception, to development, through completion.

He has an extensive experience in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and Residential Sector and is a specialist when it comes to building codes and safety protocols. He is an advocate of the industry’s ‘Best Practice’ method and ensures that the project meet and exceeds building standards.

Eduardo is a Chicago registered energy professional and is a recognized innovator in energy-efficient solutions.

Neil’s career began through his deep appreciation of the transformative power of engineering. As a co-founder of DesignTeq, he is guided by his mission to advance engineering excellence in every project they handle through his seamless integration of MEP.FP design as a whole.

Neil specializes in mechanical and plumbing engineering system related to Healthcare, Commercial, Educational, Religious, and Residential sector.

He is an active member of ASHRAE and ASPE and is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry’s advancement.

Chief Strategy Officer

Chris became part of DesignTeq to implement what he’s learned in his 20 years plus experience in the construction industry with the goal of making a difference. His keen understanding of the industry ecology led him to develop creative and innovative approaches to navigating work-based dynamics that guarantees a successful project.

Chris specializes in Education, Healthcare, Life Science and Pharmaceutical related projects.

Chris is an advocate of “doing something because it is the right thing to do“. As such, he uses his spare time to help and support various charities in their effort to support and eradicate homelessness and actively participates in campaigns to raise cancer awareness.
