This ground-up 50,000 square feet building designed by a+c architects, highlighted the bustling space of downtown Skokie, Illinois. The Elmwood Collection comprises seven luxurious townhomes in downtown Skokie. Each townhome has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and over 2,700 square feet of living space, with a unique industrial-themed design aspect. DesignTeq Engineering was entrusted to design the new buildings mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
